Questions, corrections and suggestions are welcome.

We aim to reply within a few working days.

In an emergency

Call 999. To report a power cut, call 105 (free, 24 hours a day). We cannot respond to emergencies or give personal safety advice by email.

If a price is out of date, a link is broken or something in a guide is wrong, please tell us which page it is on. We will check it and fix it.
